The Most Luxurious Bouquet From Appleyard London.*

We rent our home, and it's not my favourite decor ever. There's so much I would change if I could, but unfortunately I'm not allowed to remove the dodgy wallpaper in our living room. It's not the worst, but the whole place is a bit dull. I need a splash of colour in my living situation, and the easiest way to brighten up a room you can't paint is to add the biggest, most beautiful bouquet of flowers you can find - like these beauties from Appleyard London.

There is nothing quite like fresh flowers to improve the atmosphere of a room. Just seeing a bunch of gorgeous blooms makes me feel so much more positive, putting a spring in my step (no pun intended) and making my house feel a little more put together. It's such a treat to walk into a room that not only looks noticeably better but smells incredible too. Plus, you can change them every week or fortnight - what other kind of home furnishing would you be able to switch up so frequently?

So yes, I'm a big fan of a bouquet. When Appleyard London gave me the opportunity to try out one of their bunches, I was very much spoilt for choice. They have the most incredible selection, perfect for any occasion or budget. It took me a long time to narrow down my choice, as they are all beautiful, but eventually I settled on this stunning Peach Blossom arrangement.

The flowers came delivered in a large cardboard box, with the bouquet encased in beautiful monogrammed gift-wrapping. This meant there was absolutely no damage to them in transit, and they arrived looking great. They come perfectly arranged, so all I needed to do was trim the stems and decant them into my favourite vase with the plant food provided.

One thing to note is how long this bouquet lasts! There's nothing worse than splashing out for some flowers, only for them to arrive already halfway to the compost heap. Appleyard deliver their flowers with some in bud, so they don't bloom until they are with you. We've had this bunch for five days so far, and still some are blooming. It's amazing having flowers for nearly a week, and they are still developing into the most gorgeous display.

I absolutely love the variety of the flowers included. My eye was immediately drawn to this arrangement thanks to the stunning Mozart cala lilies - lilies are my favourite flowers but these are so unique and unusual! I also discovered that the roses in this bunch are called Miss Piggy roses, which cracked me up. They are gorgeous though, and the colour is beautiful. I also love the carnations, and the hypericum berries - all together this creates a gorgeous, luxurious bouquet that feels like such a treat to have in the house.

I'm delighted with the bouquet, I think it's stunning and so far it's lasting perfectly. I would definitely order again from Appleyard London, their service was fantastic and the quality of the blooms is second to none. They are definitely a luxury brand in terms of their freshness, flower variety and packaging, but the prices are so reasonable. Appleyard London deliver throughout the UK, so you can send a boutique-style bunch to your loved ones even if they are far away - what a gorgeous gift! They even have a subscription service, so you can have beautiful flowers hand-delivered to you on a monthly basis (I'm trying to convince my husband that this is a great idea, haha!).

(If we could all just ignore how dusty the piano is that'd be great, cheers - where's Mrs Hinch when you need her?!)

What are your favourite kind of flowers? Would you be pleased with a bunch from Appleyard?
*I was kindly sent these flowers by Appleyard London in return for a review, but all opinions are my own.
