Theatre Review: Kinky Boots, UK Tour, Edinburgh Playhouse.*

I've never really been the kind of person who enjoys going to the cinema. I don't have the patience for it, I get so distracted and I hate how time seems to slow down. I've been to see three films in the cinema in the last five years. It's not for me. What I do love, however, is live theatre. It makes my heart swell to watch people perform, and if there is singing involved there's absolutely zero chance I'll make it out of a theatre without crying. So when an email dropped into my inbox inviting me to go watch the touring production of Kinky Boots at the Edinburgh Playhouse, I was strutting my way into town without a second of hesitation.

The Perfect Festive Jewellery from Boho Betty.*

I've mentioned before that I am an absolute magpie when it comes to jewellery. I don't tend to think much about clothing, but I could spend hours browsing through accessories to find the perfect pieces. There's something about a perfectly picked bracelet or a gorgeous set of earrings that can really bring a whole outfit together, so I was delighted when Boho Betty asked if I'd like to try some of their gorgeous range.

Christmas Dinner at the Urban Fox, Edinburgh.*

Christmas is basically my favourite time of year. The cheery festive feeling that is hanging in the air always excites me, and apart from the threat of slipping over (I've already dislocated my kneecap but that's a story for another day), there's not much I don't like about this time of year. My number one favourite thing about Christmas though is FOOD. So when I was invited to go along to the Urban Fox in Edinburgh and try out their Christmas menu, I was delighted!
